Barack Obama's Aunt Zeituni Onyango (a.k.a. the Obama administration's Billy Carter) has been
granted asylum in the United States, and will not be deported to Kenya. Onyango, the president's
father's half-sister, was previously denied asylum in 2004.

An example of an illegal alien living in public housing.

"....she was ordered deported in 2004. But she didn't leave the country and continued to live in public housing in Boston."

....would be enlightening to know who paid for her attorneys. Tax payers?

Hold on I thought asylum was for people who lives would be in danger if they went home? I was not aware that his aunt would be harmed if she was returned.

She probably agreed not to tell anyone he wasn't born in the US.

Technically it had nothing to do with DHS but the decision of a judge with the U.S. Immigration Court.

Ms Onyango's claim for asylum, according to earlier reports, was based upon the violence between Christians and Muslims in Kenya and because she was a high profile person as a result of her relationship to the president would be exposed to greater risk from terrorist. Or, so she claimed.

What could this secret reason for asylum be? Her family is still living back in Kenya, and I have not seen them murdered or imprisoned. Maybe the current president of Kenya is afraid that if Anunty Zeituni comes back to Kenya she would steal the election away from him with a military coup d'état.
