What about all the businesses now that require Spanish language fluency and most definitely give preference to native speakers of Spanish? Many will justify discrimination in that case, even though it's discrimination.

For a while now there have been murmurings about the tea party being representative of primarily caucasians. Everyone denied it, shouted and screamed that it wasn't true. And now we have people equating "personal liberties" with unadulterated racism. I guess the criticisms were accurate all along. Call it what you want, I'll call it justification of racism. It's really sad that people in the tea party are not apalled by this, but I am.

It is perfectly acceptable to force someone to curb their belief-driven actions if they result in harm to other people. Do you think the murderer, rapist, and pedophile should be free to prey upon anyone they want? Wouldn't want them to go against their "beliefs".

What harm is caused if you can't eat at a cafe?

Why are you making the jump to physical actions against anothers person?

If you're even asking this question, there is absolutely no point in debating this further with you. Adios!

You just asked if people should ever be forced against their beliefs. And I'm telling you that the answer under certain conditions is clearly "yes". Your right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness is not supposed to come at the expense of someone else's right.

But they have the right to free speech,no matter how much you dislike it...

Acting upon it is another matter.

It appears you believe in taking away some peoples rights based upon your beliefs,I hope this is not the case.

Would you like to silence the KKK from speaking out?

who said anything about taking away someone's free speech. Did I or did I not say infring on someone's constitutional right? Is free speech NOT apart of your constitutional right?
