I didn't hear Jindal say anything about Obama, just what he is doing to help keep the oil at bay. He wants more help.

Where is that 18 year old when you need him---you know the one---he stole a bus and saved 50 people from the flood in New Orleans while officials stood around wondering what should be done.

Let BP stop the leak, but 0bama needs to protect our country from the environmental disaster.

0bama is bound by the Clean Water Act to contain this spill, mitigate it, and clean it up, but he is doing nothing, content instead to allow BP to handle everything.
Salazar: "We are 33 days into this effort and deadline after deadline has been missed," Salazar added, referring to the failure of containment efforts attempted so far by London-based BP to control the gushing undersea well one mile down on the ocean floor.

"If we find they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing, we'll push them out of the way appropriately," Salazar said, but he did not specify at what point this would occur or what might be the trigger for it.
So this is the 0bama presidency in a nutshell, he cannot lead, cannot make a decision, cannot manage the situation, so he will do nothing, until things fall apart completely, and then use the 20/20 hindsight to blame BP and send in the lawyers.
