Wow seriously you obviously have no children. She practically kidnapped the child and her sister by forcing them back on the bus AFTER she had dropped them off. She is not a teacher nor their parent. She is a bus driver she is to deliver the kids to school and home not invoke her disgusting views into their lives. She doesn't like the kids views then stop being a bus driver. If I was that father I would be suing the school district.
1. Its not bigoted 2. Its none of her business. 3. The girl never said the remarks on the bus another student told the bus driver she was supposedly making the statements.
In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. George Orwell
I have 2 children, and if a responsible adult overheard them making bigoted remarks, I certainly hope they would speak up and say something.
So you would hope that an adult would embarrass your child in front of other children. Drop them off the rest of the kids. Come back to your house call your kids back on the bus to talk to them again
Do you really approve of anyone telling your child "stupid little bigot" and saying that she would "eat the girl alive." That is a shame if you do
Unless Carmel Clay Schools require their bus drivers to have the same skills and experience as school counsellors, they would be facing a lawsuit to require that they do.
My daily reality is overprotective parents continuously making excuses for their children's atrocious behaviour, it's time for parents to step up and be parents. Of course the father on national tv is not going to stand up and say he's the proud parent of a bigot-in-training. Who knows what the kid really said, but a group reported her so she must have said something off.
