Did the cops do anything to stop the physical abuse in my home? Or did they stand in our front yard and laugh? The latter. Life lesson learned young.

You do not get to make that choice for the rest of us. More of us DO appreciate the job that police officers do than the few like you who carry a grudge for life. Hopefully, one day, you can move past this.

When they stop breaking the laws they enforce for others, like the bullies they are, maybe I'll get over it. When they stop harassing people who are minding their own business, I'll stop. When they don't expect special treatment for their choice of profession, like free coffee and donuts, I'll stop.

Save it pal. It wasn't he police, it was the criminal justice system. I'm sure, whatever issue you have was investigated and shot down, down the road. Not from the line level of police officers.

Now, I am sure Jiffy Lube or Subway is waiting for you. Your future is sealed.

Oh, by the way, I make 150K a year doing what you hate. I only have a high school diploma. How about you?

Rand Paul would approve of it, wouldn't he? Not only is the coffee shop exercising their right as a private business to refuse service to someone, police officers aren't a protected class.

I have nothing against police officers. I'm just taking the pro-business, pro-privacy and libertarian point of view.

I have a college degree--and the criminal justice system never got involved. Because it was never brought to their attention by the cops standing in our front yard laughing about domestic violence.

Take whatever position you would like. You are wrong, Rand Paul, whoever he is, would be wrong too.

Good luck in your anti government stance. You will lose.
