No it doesn't. It means they've decided to be stupid with their $200 a month in food stamps. For all you know the guy wasted it all on one or two meals and then ate ramen for the other 29 days.

The bottom line is we don't have enough information to say what their standard of living is other then we know they have an income of around $1000 per month before the $200 a month in food stamps.

I bet most people buying lobster have children and getting more stamps than they need. After all, the very same individuals get free breakfast and lunches in school, and the food stamp allotment doesnt decrease even though the families arent spending stamps. In addition, I know numerous individuals that receive food stamps that also send their children to a boys/girls club after school, where they are also fed dinner.

its no wonder some of these families are eating lobster, they arent feeding their children.. taxpayers are in ADDITION to the foodstamps.

There are EBT food stamps and EBT cash benefits you can buys cigarettes or alcohol with the cash benefits portion depending on what a household recieves. I'm really not sure how they determine who recieves what though

Up until a year or two ago, you used to be able to buy alcohol with the food stamps as well.. They determine based upon disclosed income into the household and number of individuals living there

Lower income people on average have much higher body weights. There are a lot of different reasons for this. Needless to say the entire USA is plagues by obesity though

Only with the cash part but not with the food stamps. They are now put on the same card if you also get cash benefits.

I think that most of the people on food stamps really need it but about 10% don't. Those are the ones that can purchase more expensive things because they won't starve at the end of the month.
