For the libs so enraged by this spill, consider this-
1. Even with restrictions on US drilling, many, many other nations will continue to drill in the gulf. Thus with punishing US oil companies, nothing is accomplished except Obama gaining control of them
2. The disaster was caused not so much by a drilling accident, but an incompetent response to the accident
3. ANWAR, coal and oil shale are on land- yet the libs don't want to extract these. It is hard to have an offshore oil disaster on land. Witness the incredible safety record of the Alaska pipeline
4. Nucelar energy is still an option

The USA claims a EEZ of 200 nautical miles no other country will be allowed to drill in that area.

Last time I checked, Obama is not a "Repug."
Obama never gave them an award, then being wrong is the only thing the right does well.
