Young family possibly looking to rent in or near Traditions in September.

I like what I see about it on their site, a little staged as others have said, but there is a similar place in NW Florida near where I am from that I always liked visiting (the one used in The Truman Show).

I have seen a couple apartments for rent around 900 but heard about "Chinese Drywall" problems...

As I am trapped up in New England, I am hoping some locals would be able to help me in locating something in or around Traditions at a decent rate?

Any help greatly appreciate and I am looking forward to getting back to the Florida lifestyle.

There is Chinese Drywall in the condos in The Promenade which are located on Stephanie Way up behind Publix. What is happening is that even though the owners and other Realtors KNOW it's there, they aren't telling anybody when they want to rent it out! They are just looking for the money. They don't care that the tenant might get sick from living there.

I DO! so I do NOT rent them and warn any potential clients.

There is a class action lawsuit over Chinese drywall there. AND if the person tells you, oh ...we fixed it..... you would have to have taken all the drywall, and the a/c system, and all the wiring down to the studs first and start over...no just replace the drywall. THEN....what about the apt next to you on either side or above / below you?
