I've been told that the Florida humidity might be lower, or feel lower, in these areas. Is there ANY accuracy to this?

No. They are all on the coast so humidity is ALWAYS high!

no, we DO have ocean breezes, we are on the coast, but humidity is part of Florida- sometimes better, sometimes (in the dead of summer) not...

why do you think people still come here .. anyhow...

It's all relative. I live at the Jersey Shore and when I left to go to Florida, it was 101 and sticky. It was 88 and breezy when I got to Vero. I'm sure it averages out to be more uncomfortable in Florida over the course of the summer, but the payoff will be in the winter. Not taking the snowblower, rock salt or shovel with me.
