Do you think PSL/Stuart can support a grownup gourmet ice cream truck? The treasure coast isn't known as the trendy urban food capital of South Florida, but that exact reason maybe be why it works.

Probably depends on where in the area you're going to be focusing. In Tradition, St. Lucie West and some of the other planned communities, I imagine you'll get some sales. Doubt that in my neighborhood it would work, though.

I was actually wondering why no ice cream trucks weren't around anymore. I always thought they were great and personally would be out the door when I hear that "ice cream truck!" song

We used to have an ice cream truck, until gas went over 4 bucks a gallon back in '08. Guess the cost of fuel put him out of business.

I remember ice cream bikes in the 50's. That might be an option.Make a few bucks and stay in shape.
