Default Which Beach

We recently bought a home in Tradition but we don't reside there full time yet, therefore we still don't know a lot about the area.

My family and I will be in the area over the Memorial Day weekend and my daughters have expressed an interest in going to the beach for the day. One has been to Jupiter Beach before and said it was nice but there is "nothing else there". We are looking for suggestions on which beach to go to. I know we would need restrooms and if possible, food and drink, but that is not a priority.

Please help and thanks in advance!!

Jensen Beach has a snack bar with bathrooms and a shower. Not much there but Restaurants a short drive a way. I believe there is a Walgreens or CVS just north and south a couple of miles is a Publix.

Stuart Beach has a snack bar/restaurant, restrooms , picnic areas , playground, Basketball courts, Volleyball .... And it's much wider a beach than Jensen Beach ...it appears that the erosion has effected Jensen Beach much more than Stuart .... There is a Publx across the street from Stuart Beach as well as the Florida Oceananic Society ....

Yes- Stuart beach is the best. Jensen is not good, and Bathtub doesn't have any bathrooms.

Default Stuart beach

Sounds as though we may go to Stuart Beach since there are a variety of things to do.. Thanks for the suggestions!

We have been to Stuart a couple of times on the main road to Home Depot, Lowes and all the "I bought a new home and now have to buy everything home related stores", is the beach near that area? We are really looking forward to finding our way around!

Thanks again!

OK, but you realize that there is a Home Depot just minutes from your house, right? No need to go all the way to Stuart.

Yes, we know it is there but we had to go to Kohls and Home Goods and of course one thing leads to another!! I am looking forward to the Gatlin Kohls opening as well. Having everything so close is awesome!

Stuart Beach ... Go over the Jensen Beach causeway take the roundabout to the right , head south three miles and it's on the left , across from the Publix... There might be a better way to getbthere from Tradition , if so someone will post it... Or google directions using the Publix on Hutchesion Island ...
Heading there tomarrow ....
