There is an area on the Crosstown expressway by Fairgreen road that has been up for sale for years. Has that been developed yet? We may be returning to the area in a couple of years so just curious.
Yeah I lived in that hood and worked with Shannon Martin (along with a lot of people) to get the road finished. Just wondered with all of the recent development if they had decided to put something in that spot.

There is a new Publix there- it opened over a year ago. It's just to the east of the Verano entrance.
