Yeah- yet another mini strip mall. Just what we need! I really hope we get a barbershop, liquor store, pizza place, and nail salon. This town is seriously missing those stores!

This particular property is all office space. There are plans for a development between this one and the PNC Bank called "Shoppes of Bougainvillea". That ons is a little larger and is actually a strip mall. I agree though, I'd like to see developers take the lead and create more creative live/work spaces.

Is that where the gas station is? Or is it in the HD side?

ALDI will be between the Valero Gas Station and St. Lucie West Blvd in the plaza that is home to The Home Depot.

Thanks Ruffy- seems like if they have to build from scratch, it's gonna be late summer before we get to shop there.
