Now that they have actually started on the Panera in Tradition, they sure aren't wasting time. Today they were raising the dirt to make the elevated area where the concrete slab will go.
They are still working on the WaWa shopping center area. They have been working on the drainage and installing all the fire hydrants for that area.
Today was the groundbreaking at Tradition Medical Center. They are expanding from 90 beds to 180- soon to be the tallest structure in PSL! Way to go TMC and Martin Health!!
A neighborhood Walmart grocery store! We've talked about it a lot on here already...
Ahh, wow, another Walmart affiliated store is PSL, you don't say? Just what we need. Better than nothing, maybe they'll spin it off with the Sams Clubs soon.
Just saw that Cumberland Farms is trying to get approval for a gas station across from the Darwin Publix on PSL blvd. Another Neighborhood Walmart grocery store is planned for that area as well.
We may not have any manufacturing jobs here in the Pizzle, but we will make sure your gas tank is filled and pantry's are stocked!
