Walmart Neighborhood Market with a gas station and fuel station is planned for PSL Blvd at Darwin. It would be the parcel that fronts PSL Blvd from the Canal to behind Family Dollar.
At the same intersection there will also be a Cumberland Farms Fuel Station and Store. That will be located on PSL Blvd directly in front of where Darwin meets the Blvd.

Tire Kingdom may be moving to Gatlin Blvd by Brescia but the documents weren't clear.
Popeyes Chicked is opening up on the Blvd by the turnpike.
A fitness/recreational facility (unknown which one) is moving through the city for Cashmere Corners. Documents indicate in a stand alone building (BankUnited)

The Cumberland Farms Gas Station on Darwin/Port St. Lucie Blvd will have 16 gas pumps and a 5,000 SF Convenience Store. Not sure what that translates to but in size it may be approaching a RaceTrac.
I see that the Shell on Gatlin has switched to Mobil and their gas prices are now in line with the other stations and not through the roof
