There are quite a few of them. The two in FT. Pierce are near Indrio Road. Closer to Vero. The one called Fairways is right next to 95.

I have friends that live there and it is a really nice retirement community. There are something like 3 pools with one where your grandkids etc are welcome to swim with you , but the others are adult only . It has a pretty good golf course and even a theater where they have shows etc. The houses they build on the lots are really pretty nice alternative to the doublewides, too. Our friends bought one of the mobile homes back in 2000 . They were just starting to build the houses in the next section of the park. They had told me that with the new hurricane laws that doublewides were no longer allowed with the hurricane codes down there; but I was informed on here that may not be true . I was really impressed with the area. It was really easy to get to and from there because it has the exit from 95 right there at the community.
