I am considering moving to PSL because I have family there. I've driven around and liked the look of the area near Westmoreland. Can anyone tell me about the area?

Sandpiper / Westmoreland area is a nice location. Mostly older homes but a golf course is there. Some of the homes have been taken down and newer homes built on the location. I have nothing bad to say about the area!
If you dont like noise, Westmorland is a traffic area so stand outside a home you might like at prime time and listen. Lots of larger lots there too!!
