Yes, the Riverside Bank is a perfect example of good multi-level architecture!
Years ago (and maybe even still today), PSL passed a height ordinance for buildings, capping them at 4 stories tall. Apparently residents were afraid that the area would turn into another "New York" or something! I'm not sure if the ordinance still stands, but it pleases me to see interesting, dense commercial complexes instead of strip mall after strip mall with the same things: nail salon, pizza place, tanning, tropical smoothie, bagel shop, REPEAT.
