People are waiting because this fiasco caused by Fla/Cali flippers/investors isn't over.
There's loads of ARM resets still yet to come in 2008. We have not hit bottom yet.

Good call. Bring some butter with you to enjoy the toast. Checkout Tradition. There was one good deal in our community (Lake at Tradition) and I called my friend at NY. He sent in an offer. Too late for him. It's gone. Be patient while looking.

LingLing,
How much are the homeowners association fees in the Lake at Traditions? I have been looking at houses there but can't get an answer on the HOA fees?
Thanks, Jody

Hi Jody,
I believe FLladyB has posted all the fees. At the lake at Tradition, the HOA fee is different among three different models. I am sorry to say I have never paid any attention to these fee. I will try to find out all the fees for you.

Note to FLladyB, is it possible for you to post all the fee again? or find your post for Jody? I did a quick search and was not able to find the post.
