On behalf of my 10 yr old PSL grandson who wants to swim competitively, are there any public pools? My daughter in law can't find any info about any except the Y that's a distance away. Also...just curious, is there by chance a Soap Box Derby in PSL?

The hours / "season" of the Ravenswood pool can be quite annoying. You might also want to explore gym options like LA Fitness or YMCA (i believe there is one in jensen/stuart)

However, it seems that Ravenswood also offers pre-competitive swim classes.

Here is a link to the Ravenswood Pool schedule for this year. http://www.stlucieco.gov/pdfs/Ravens...mphlet_(2).pdf

Note that the public can only go during the "Open Swim" hours
