We're moving from S.Miami due to job relocation. Looking at Jupiter/Palm City/Hobe Sound/Stuart areas. Other other than Jupiter Farms, what areas are there to consider without HOA's?

Looking for 4 bed single family home. We have 5 small breed fur kids! 1/2 to 1 acre.
But, HOA or no HOA?
Already looked at Jupiter Farms & dismissed.

Thanks

You can check out Heights of Jupiter. Nice family community and close to Abacoa and beaches so you have the amenities without the high price of an HOA.

the lots there are tiny and you need a variance just to put a pool in or a screen enclosure

I do.

I am weird that way. Something about making the shaggy uneven grass look nice and manicured is very satisfying.

depends on how much you plan to spend ... the areas of Palm City have acreage - usually 5+

Jupiter farms pretty much starts at $300 and you dismissed ..?

I also believe the max pets you can have in PSL is 5

lots here are 80x125... would have to find homes with double lots or more
