Hey there,
Been reading this forum for about a year in preparation of moving and building a house. Read lots of good information thanks to y'all.
Have some family in PSL, Stuart, and Palm City. I bought a lot on the east side of PSL and had a house built by Port St Lucie Properties. Just moved in the last week of December.
Lived outside Richmond Va for the last 24 years, grew up at the Jersey Shore. 90% of everyone I meet here is from NJ !
My one complaint so far - Route 1 traffic sucks, but luckily I don't have to commute.

Why would you choose to build in PSL now.. The place is going down hill.. polluted water constantly from that polluted Lake.. which will never change

Cartunes, nice home, glad you are happy down there. After living in Stuart for 13 years, I moved back to Jersey five years ago (Toms River area) but have been itching to move back. Have a townhouse down there I have been renting, so I have an easy option. You are right, I had met more people from the Northeast down there than here
. I love that part of FL, nice people, laid back, tropical...Mmm
