If this is a concern for you, I wouldn’t choose Boca. Recent data has Boca at 78% white only and PSL is 74%. Not much difference. I’d shoot for Palm Beach Gardens at 89%. Plus I’m biased because I just love the place.

Generally, when a person of color ask for a community with more represention, they’re asking for more diversity and not a community where it’s only them represented. I admit I had to laugh a bit when I saw him beginning to troll the Savannah, GA (where I grew up) forum. If "only 74% white" in PSL concerns him, Savannah will make his hair stand on end, as it is a majority-minority city.
