Last time I was there, the South side of Vero was unattractive...especially near the RRtracks & Federal Hwy on the route to the Indian River Club golf course....yuck!

I'd be looking North of town, & at least 2 miles away from the airport & RR tracks.

Mainland Vero doesnt do much for me at all. the area along Indian River Blvd. was nice until the Briteline trains came along, but now that area would be noisy, congested, & not a sound investment.

What's the noise like near Venice beach (the pier) with the airport right by the beach? I mean the houses and apartments by the airport. Some of those houses look very outdated and not very big near Venice airport. Do they still cost a lot? There are also some apartments right by the airport that don't look very fancy or modern. Do they charge an arm and a leg despite the airplane noise? There is also a small apartment complex or something that's abandoned near the airport as well. Shocking so close to the beach it would become that.

You know where I'm talking about, where Avenida Del Circo and Airport rd meet at. Those areas along airport and those apartment/condos across the street from the airport. Those apartments across from the airport look depressing.
