Question Jensen Beach things to do/see?

Hi - Our family is coming down to Jensen Beach for a week long vacation and I'm trying to find some things to do and see while we're there. We're slower paced, lay on the beach type of vacationers but if there are some "local highlights" we certainly enjoy doing a little exploring.
Since we'll be there a week can you recommend some restaurants, besides the obvious chains. How about a good seafood place? Also, my husband and teen son want to go deep sea fishing, any charter boat recommendations? Day Spa for me? Snorkeling?
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Downtown Jensen Beach has some cute little restaurants. Jensen Beach itself is pretty small, but the surrounding areas provide ample restaurants and things to do. Also check out downtown Stuart, which isn't far away.

For breakfast, check out Jan's Place on Hutchinson Island, as well as New England Coffee Shop in Jensen Beach plaza. New England Fish Market is also in Jensen Beach, but I don't recall if they serve prepared food.

As for things to do, hop on US-1 and go South to Jupiter, where you can find Jupiter Outdoor Center and go kayaking and jetskiing. It's a nice drive. There's also Jonathan Dickinson state park for hiking, if you're so inclined. If you want a nice Sunday drive, take a drive down Jupiter Island. Charter boat fishing can be found in Jensen Beach... check out google. Snorkeling (bring your own gear though) in bathtub beach, as mentioned above, was always fun when I was a kid. Also check out House of Refuge (if it's still there, lol).
