Default Palm City neighborhoods, schools?

My husband and I are moving to Martin County and are trying to learn more about the area. My questions are as follows, and we'd love SPECIFIC answers. Thank you so much !

(1) Is the Crane Creek / Martin Downs Country club area a good place for young families?

(2) How is the commute from Palm City into the downtown Stuart area?

(3) Which is the best option for elemen. school - Palm City, Bessey, or The Pines?

(4) Would you rather have a bigger house in Palm City or a smaller house in Sewalls Point?

Crane Creek is nice. I understand the club was sold to an equestrian club. Look at some other nice areas in Palm City as well.

The commute from PC to Stuart takes about 15-20 minutes in season, less in summer, r 10 minutes on weekends and at night. Coming back from Stuart takes about 20 minutes during rush hour, between 5 and 5:30.

The public schools are good in PC.

Bigger house is better.

By the way, the distance from Martin Downs to downtown Stuart is about 4 miles.

I'd say OK.... but this is mostly 'mature" families.

Some delay at rush hour(s) on the Palm City Bridge... but generally speaking... not an issue.

Can't answer anymore my kids are older..... but all are "A" rated.

If I'm answering for a young family... go bigger... for older family (kids gone) smaller.... for me I want some land.
