Sorry that nobody is responding to you. Don't feel ignored. People get busy!

Anyway, I don't live in Tradition, but there is a web site with the information about this neighborhood. There is contact info, although I don't know if it is current.
Bedford Park at Tradition - Port St. Lucie, Florida
I just saw a rental listed for a Carlysle that states "gas water heater" but a real estate agent can answer this question for you by checking the listings. If you want to look at properties in Tradition, you should probably call a real estate agent to set up an appointment about a week or 2 before you get here. It's often a very busy time of year.
I know you mentioned "new" but you might want to read this.
Anthony Westbury: County appraisers ride to the rescue of homeowners with Chinese drywall » TCPalm.com
Note where it says "In the Bedford Park subdivision in Tradition, Joe Garcia’s three-bedroom home previous valued at $178,600 was marked down to $43,100 because of its drywall problems."
I don't know if it is referring to the townhouses. I realize Chinese Drywall hasn't been used in a while. Just a warning.
Good luck!
