Default Tradition crosstown pkw watch out for deer

Last weekend I was walking along the crosstowwn pkw at the back end of tradition where the future Fairgreen st will cross into our neighborhood and I noticed lots of deer tracks at the edge of the dirt road. My guess is that they are coming from the yet to be developed site on the north end. It is one thing to have deer moving into neighborhoods eating shrubs and plants but I hope the pigs will not follow behind because that could really get dangerous.

Deer? I would love to see them. The pigs are already wandering so I am told. Black ones. I understand they are out at night. I expect the deer are as well. I would think they are coming in from the completely undeveloped areas outside of Tradition and outside of Verona.

Unfortunately, progress and land development for us humans is often habitat destruction for wildlife.

I did see a family of pigs the other weekend, drinking out of the mini lake near the end of the parkway by Tradition.

Yeah and my neighbor saw a bobcat a couple of weeks ago sitting in the neighbors yard. I guess they are getting less and less afraid of the people and are coming out.
