Default Mountain Biking NW of Portland

I live in Gray and am looking for a place to go for fairly easy moutain biking, generally between Falmouth to the south and Lewiston to the north. And I mention "fairly easy" because I need to get into better shape before I can get into the more hilly terrain.

We used to live on the edge of a tree farm in Scarborough, and the owner was kind enough to let us ride our bikes there, though that has since been turned into housing developments. THOSE were pretty much perfect trails. Not really flat but not highly technical.
