Happy Valley
I am looking for any advice and feedback about living in Happy Valley. I am going up there in August to look at homes but I have found some that I really like online. I hope to work at OHSU so I’m also wondering what the commute is like from Happy Valley to Portland. I am moving from Arizona so the rain and clouds will be very welcomed!!
Also, does anybody have any experience with moving out of state and coordinating the selling of one home with the purchase of your new home (I hope that makes sense). I’m concerned about having to rent when I first move because I have so much furniture (3,000 sq foot home, 4 bedrooms worth of new (less than 3 years old) furniture). I’m wondering if it wouldn’t just be better to sell the furniture??? Any advice you have would be great!! Thanks!!
