How is the commute from exit 13 off I-84 to West Linn at 5pm?
Currently live Washougal and heard the 205 bridge construction is only in it's beginning stages and congestion will be a nightmare in the future. I am looking at other options like relocating to the east side of Portland and so far West Linn seems appealing.

West Linn is on the west side of Portland, just south of Lake Oswego.

If traffic gets clogged on the WA side southbound on the bridge, it'll make things a lot easier for you since traffic will be lighter. Southbound at 5 is going to be a whole lot better than Northbound, especially if you get on at Stark no matter what. I would be surprised if your commute didn't shorten as is.
