Best neighborhoods in Clackamas area.
Looking for nice neighborhoods that are in the Clackamas HS boundaries.

The farthest up 205 I would go is Oregon City...maybe Gladstone. The Clackamas area is riddled with prostitution, strip clubs and drugs/violence. Just take a drive up 82 Ave at night and you'll see what I mean.

So if you work in NE Portland 4 miles into thew 84, where would you live on 450k?

Have you looked into the Mt. Tabor area? Some places around Reed College are nice too. If you can scor a home around Laurelhurst that would be a plus. If you have to be in Clackamas look around Happy Valley. There are some nice homes there
