So I just got a dawn simulator and I love this thing! And it's adorable. I just had to share this with you guys. We haven't gotten into the really dark rainy spell yet, so I can't speak to how it helps SAD but the light it produces really does wake me up long before the audible alarm comes on. The fading light also seems to flip a biological switch to bring on sleepiness too.

Sunrise Clock Junior -Great for babies and children!

(The kids one is really more fun and has a couple of extra features the EZ Wake sunrise does not...and of course there's the more expensive models above those two that have more bells and whistles.)
