You're welcome! When I was a Realtor, my company office was in the brick Colonial building on Powell, right across from the Gresham city park. It took awhile before I even found that historic area, so you're not the only one.

I lived on the edge of Downtown Gresham on Eastman Parkway for about 5 years in the late 90's, and worked in Downtown Gresham most of that. All the bad areas that people talk about were considered to be Portland or Parkrose, certainly not Gresham.

Since then the city has grown immensely. Traffic has gotten worse. Downtown area has been revitalized significantly. The old lumber mill that was on the edge of downtown was paved over and made into a strip mall with Big Box stores. Neighborhoods are denser now then they were at that time.
