Question neighbors yards

Just wondering if anybody out there has problems with neighbors yards and there up keep, and if there is actually anything you can do about it. Nothing like one neighbor running down the whole neighborhood by the looks of there yards.

We had a neighbor who cancelled garbage service and just tossed their garbage in their back yard in a big hole they dug. Ugh. Beyond nasty! They also had parked cars in the front yard, ON the front lawn, and it looked like a joke it was so nasty! We were lucky and they were renters, so after a couple warnings, they were kicked out. - if youre dealing with a homeowner, you might try talking to em first, in a friendly concerned way and maybe offer to help clean things up, if they are totally opposed, you might try the local health board if its bad enough.
Good luck!
Tiffany
