They're a bit rough around the edges, but most everyone I know shops there: The Gun Room

The absolute best place to go is a bit far out but is well worth the drive: Sporty's Inc

Cheapest place to buy rounds (if you have a common caliber of course,) is Aloha Surplus

Thanks... One more question, what is the process to obtain a carrying permit...? Is it difficult...?

Oregon is a shall-issue state. You would apply for a CCW permit at the sheriff's office in your county of residence (wherever you have an address). As long as you fulfill the very modest training requirement and don't fall into an exclusion category (such as a felony conviction), your permit will be approved.

Counties develop their own application forms, but the content is roughly the same from county to county.

Also, a lot of Certified Carry classes have the additional training to get the other state permit (sorry can't remember the exact state off the top of my head,) that allows reciprocal carry through several other states.
