I love Powell's bookstore on Burnside, it is truly huge, and usually wind up spending most of the day in there. They have a cute little coffee cafe as well, always crowded. The Powell's on Hawthorne is nice as well, alot of used books there. And was told one even went up in Southwest Portland. I think you can even order online now.
