Default Portland

Hi everyone,
Me and my husband are looking to move to Portland, but we were wondering is there any Bread Specific Legislation in Portland ( for example, you cannot keep American Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweillers etc )?

"Bread Specific"? Yes, the city of Portland will not allow sourdough bread (no reason was ever given, wtf?)

Now if you mean "bred specific" ... I don't know if its in legislation but I think it would be very hard to find any rental if you have a pit bull, rottweiler, doberman, german shepherd, etc. Mabe not. I'm clueless. Sorry. I'll shut up now.

I have been searching rentals every day for the past two weeks, and I find that if apartment complexes allow dogs, most allow dogs only under 20 lbs; some, but few, allow large dogs; and most actually do prohibit the breeds to which Pen Cap Chew referred.

If you go to the Oregon Humane Society website they have a listing of apartments that allow dogs. I think people with pit bulls and other breeds are probably better off looking for units owned by individuals.

It's a rare Nirvana song. I'm still diggin Cobain. I hate most music today, so I listen to mostly oldies.
