Default dim sum restaurant

Are there any good new Dim Sum restaurants in Portland?

I've been to these and want to try some new places.
82nd - wong king's, Legin
beaverton - new Jin Wah
Chinatown - haven't eaten here in a long time. anything new?

Can't remember the name of the place in Chinatown - maybe a block west and two blocks north of the Gate - that has dim sum served on little trolleys. The servers go by the table every couple of minutes, with something new each time, and you buy by the plate. GREAT stuffr, although a bit of pantomime can be involved sometimes in discussing igredients....

Dim Sum is absolutely delicious. You're getting me very hungry. I imagine any city with a good Chinatown will have it.
