So I am off NOV 1 ish to the east coast and have a great 1 bedroom apartment in cedar hills for sublet through May. About 800 sq ft. patio overlooking greensapce, walkin closet, coat closet, and closed pantry, running track outside, hot tub within 100yds, pool, gym, and parking ( 2 spaces )... Renting alone from the office would be $1250.00 per month + water garbage about $42.00 per month.

Rent from me for $1000.00 + your utilities. Ground floor, carpet but very clean.

Super quiet space, frogs at night, birds in the morning. faces south for direc tv if you like.

I never needed AC, good heat and has full size washer dryer in unit.
