This guy is my friend. Me and others consistently thought he did not do it. Now his case is scheduled for retrial. Last time the public defender did not do anything positive for him, and he got 35 yrs. There is no physical or witness evidence he ever did anything to that girl, except the girl said he did. We think it's her mom that made her say it, cuz of her material motives at play, possibly to sue the daycare, which she did. It seems like he was a convenient scapegoat, even if she was molested, he lived far away from her, had no car, had a gf plus the kids were always watched so there was no time for him to do it even if he wanted to. Another suspicious thing-the mom's boyfriend at the time had child porn on his computer, which is documented, you can even google it, but he vanished and was not even sought after. Daycare parents of other kids also said they saw him kissing that girl on the lips when he picked her up. I am amazed they did not find that guy and grabbed my friend instead who used to live at that house a while before. I am not saying, 100% he did not do it, we never know what kinda people surround us and what goes on in their head, but there is NO evidence whatsoever, except for that girl's testimony, who was 6-7 yrs old and could have been manipulated. My friend can't afford a decent lawyer so we are afraid the biased prosecutor might prevail again. His parents don't care about him and will not help him. He already spent almost 4 years in a cage, and if they retry him and find him guilty again, it will be very hard to do anything. What to do?

Take ved posadjat! I Soyuz pominajut v kommentah, suki... sami nasazhivajut razvrat vezde, zdes it tam teper'. "Oppressed", yeah.... ubijtsi, na krovi protsvetayut vampiri. Smeyalis kogda vse gorelo tam, ruki potirali--PRIDET RASPLATA. Povesit nado mnogih prodazhnih tvarej, kto hodit svobodno zdes i tam. Povesit i chtobi dolgo viseli, dlja uroka, chtobi ptichki klevali nedeljami. Benzinchikom bi na nih i spichku... is spat so spokoynoj sovestju do kontsa dnej.

If the original guilt finding was solely based on "child abuse expert"'s testimony in the complete absence of physical evidence, and had been overturned on these grounds by the higher court, the 2nd trial should not result in a conviction. Menja toge, zhaesh abuzali vse... vse! Platite teper mne. Potomu sto ja tak govoru.

I'm suggesting that since this a public forum, the conversation should continue in a language that we all speak.

I have no problem with using my native language. In the workplace, at school, at home, anywhere.

I didn't suggest you had a problem, or should have a problem, using it anywhere.

What I did suggest was that it seems at best pointless to post in a public forum if you're locking 99.9% out of the discussion. At worst, it seems mean-spirited and manipulative, especially when you call the aforementioned 99.9% (who, btw, have been quite helpful to you in earlier posts) infantile and childish.
