I don't think Hispanic heritage (BTW Hispanic is not a race, it is an ethnicity or heritage) will be an issue at all. If someone inquires the probability is they are curious. Excepting people who typically work laborer occupations our Hispanics are typically fully assimilated and a generation away from immigration.

Here is my personal example, the parents of a local professional were completing paperwork for their daughter's admission to Stanford. Dad checked Hispanic. Daughter challenged that. Dad reminded her that when they visited his parents in LA everyone spoke Spanish and that her grandparents immigrated from Mexico, "You are Hispanic." She had a Hispanic surname and was a fluent Spanish speaker but at no time did anyone call that to her attention.
