Look up, King City oregon, it is a type of suburb of Tigard for 55 and up, also Charbonneau oregon another 55 and up though each has its traffic issues, If you can afford it and really are ready to not drive the Pearl or Waterfront districts in Portland have the streetcars that link up to the lightrail, very spendy, good luck
