October and November last year were stunning! We didn't get very much rain so the leaves were up for a long time. You don't have to go anywhere to see them. If you really want to go for a drive, the Fruit Loop leaving from Hood River is really nice because the trees are heavy with apples and they are several stops for buying fruit and wine. We did a corn maze there, too, which was fun. Pumpkin patches, too.

I always love the drive over the Coast Range, to the beach. Any road will do. It has such a nice contrast of the color against the deep green.
