Apartments in Lake Oswego (live, visit, nurse)

I would love some feedback from anyone who has lived in one of these apartments in Lake Oswego:

The Bluffs at Mountain Park

Oswego Pointe

Hunt Club

I've narrowed my search down to these 3 apartments. I currently live in Arizona so I can't visit each complex. I've done some research on line and found some reviews of each site but I know sometimes only the disgruntled voice their opionions.

If you've lived in one of these apartments or can tell me how the management/area/actual condition of the apartment is I would really appreciate it.

I have always gone to google and typed in the name of the complex, the city and the "ratings". I have found very few with good ratings, but there are some, and I have kept a list of those.

Oops, didn't read far enough. I see you have done that. However, many of the ratings have mixed reviews and many people are quoted. I also make it a point to see when a review is written to see if management has improved or declined.
