New home builders in the area

Can anyone suggest builders in the vicinity of Portland that have any single story plans in their portfolios? So far all I can find are two-story houses and I just don't want one. If it helps, the desireable price range would be $275,000 - $350,000. Any of the surrounding communities would be fine including Vancouver, Tigard, Hillsborough etc.
