Default Travel and Leisure annual survey
Travel and Leisure magazine has released the results for their annual survey where they ask residents and visitors to rate cities based on different criteria. Portland scored very highly on many of the categories, and scored low on only a few such as luxury shopping and nightlife.

#1 for overall characteristics, access to outdoors, cleanliness and environmental awareness.
