when is a 'low' season for finding work in portland? spring, summer, fall, winter? thinking of heading out in december to find some work....

Being that it's 2007, you're going to need to be a little more specific about "finding some work." What is your marketable skill, experience, industry, etc? Finding work isn't like it was in the industrial age. You need to have a certain skill.

December is tight....I would try Spring, people get antsy. and they are gearing up for the "productive" summer time.
