Good morning all,

Coming infrom Washington to Seaside thru US 30 and then going to Portland thru US26. How bad does the snow get in these routes and should I take a different route if there is alot of snow? Best to ask locals who know the area!

Thanks

MACRINA ~~~I'll bet you're looking forward to April

Yes. I really am. In July , I will be totally retired and able to move (unless the housing market here totally collapses and I can not sell my condo) .

Got to tell you, Im here in Colorado (Returning to the Pac NW). I got 14 inches of snow yesterday, I had to shovel my drive 3 times or we get fined. Im looking forward to that 6 inches Portland gets every year.

Talking LOL, Nancy

Yup, that'd be per year, as far as I know, anyway. I can tell you are weary of snowy weather.....

The upside is: once one is retired, there are not too many things one can't cancel if a spell of Weather comes along.

That's true. The thought of getting up before dawn and shoveling out my car to get to work is chilling (in more ways than one) .
