My family and I are permanently leaving Portland soon and we're really going to miss the food scene here. So many great options. The best we can do now is to take some (non-perishable) food items along with us. So far, I have:

Portland Ketchup
Dragonfly Chai
Stash Tea
Bee Local Honey
Jacobsen Sea Salt
Secret Aardvark Habanero Sauce
Olympic Provisions Salami

Please let me know if you have any suggestions to add!

Thanks for the suggestions! I only hope we have enough room in our moving truck for all of our Portland bounty. Lots of stocking stuffers out there...and definitely need room for chocolate and hot sauce. The Meadow's salt and bitters are also on our radar, but would like to keep all ingredients NW-grown just for the novelty.

Thanks JasonF, no doubt Stash is found everywhere nowadays.

While not right in Portland proper. Beaver brand sweet hot mustard and horseradish sauces. Miss them.

I think the ketchup is gross. Heinz please!

I do like La Petit Provence.

I don't know, but it comes in a bail top glass jar. Or, at least it did the last time I bought it. It seems like everyone is cheapening up their packaging, so no telling what it looks like this year..
